Michael Saylor’s Strategy has continued its aggressive Bitcoin accumulation strategy, purchasing an additional 520 BTC for approximately $35 million. According to company disclosures, the latest acquisition was completed at an average price of $67,068 per Bitcoin. The purchase brings Strategy’s total Bitcoin holdings to 847,363 BTC, reinforcing its position as the largest corporate holder of the digital asset.
The latest acquisition is significantly smaller than some of Strategy’s recent purchases, but it demonstrates that the company remains committed to expanding its Bitcoin treasury despite ongoing market volatility. Strategy has consistently used a combination of equity offerings and capital market activities to fund its Bitcoin accumulation program.
In addition to buying more Bitcoin, Strategy announced that it increased its USD reserve by $300 million, bringing total reserves to approximately $1.4 billion. The company stated that these reserves are intended to support the credit quality of its digital credit securities and provide additional financial flexibility.
The move highlights Strategy’s dual approach of maintaining a substantial Bitcoin position while also strengthening its cash reserves. Market participants have closely watched the company’s balance sheet strategy, as it continues to be one of the most influential institutional players in the Bitcoin ecosystem.
With nearly 850,000 BTC now under its control, Strategy owns roughly 4% of Bitcoin’s maximum supply. The company’s Bitcoin holdings remain one of the largest corporate treasury bets in financial history and continue to attract attention from investors, analysts, and cryptocurrency enthusiasts worldwide.
